Clyde Biosciences Presents Four Posters at SPS 2017

Highlights

Clyde Biosciences were delighted to present a total of four posters at the recent SPS meeting in Berlin, representing collobarations with major pharmaceutical companies. The posters showed:

  • The influence of fibroblast co-culture and 3D structures on cardiac action potentials of human stem cell derived cardiomyocytes (Collaboration with Abbvie)

  • Measurements of voltage, intracellular Ca2+ and contraction from spontaneous iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes using CellOPTIQ® platform reveals complex effects from drugs that parallel in vivo cardiac effects (Collaboration with Pfizer)

  • Measurements of action potentials from iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes using CellOPTIQ® platform predicts both single ion channel effects and invitro whole heart electrophysiological responses (Collaboration with Orion Pharma)

  • Measurements of action potentials, intracellular Ca2+ and contraction in stimulated isolated adult cardiomyocytes using CellOPTIQ® platform for lead development screening

Each of these posters will shortly be made available for download.
